If your daughter did not receive a registration form through the mail or the
registration form is lost, you can download a registration form from this site.
The registration form is an Adobe Acrobat file. You must have the Adobe
Acrobat Reader program on your computer to download and read/print the
registration form. If you do not have the Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can
download the program free from the internet. After download is complete,
click your browsers "back" button to return to this page.

Distribution and registration procedure:
 | Registration forms are mailed to all
registered Girl Scouts in the ten participating Associations of the Girl Scouts
of the San Francisco Bay Area. Registration forms are mailed in February.
For the summer 2008, the registration deadline is March 1, 2008.

| All girls are eligible to attend Diablo Day
Camp after completing Kindergarten. Campers are limited to 1 session per
summer. Priority for session requests will be given to children of Adult
Volunteers.

| Camp sessions fill quickly. Please
indicate a 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th choice on the registration form in case
your first choice is full.

| The registration form must be postmarked
and mailed by March 1, 2008 to

All
complete registrations will be held until March 1, 2008 and then processed randomly by
lottery. No preference will be given to registrations received
prior to March 1, 2008. Diablo Day Camp does not assume responsibility
for late, lost or misdirected mail.

|  Incomplete registration forms will not be
processed. It time permits, the incomplete registration form with check
will be returned to the sender with an explanatory letter so the registration
form can be completed and resent to the registrar before the March 1, 2008
deadline. Payment must be included with the registration form.
Checks are not cashed until the applicant is placed in a camp session.
We no longer require a self-addressed stamped envelope.

| A Special Friend
 If your daughter would like to go to camp
with a special friend, the friend's separate registration form must be in the
same envelope. This will guarantee placement in the same session if the
envelope is drawn in the lottery. If you have more than one
daughter, each can have a special friend. |
